What shows up on a criminal history check?

Okay, so the situation is this.
A few weeks ago my friend called the police because she thought I had killed myself, she was obviously wrong. The police came to my house in the middle of the night and said she had called them. I told them I was fine and they left.

I’m applying for work that requires a criminal history check to be done and I was wondering what results are actually given in these checks? Will that misunderstanding mentioned above come up in the check?

    No just crimes you are convicted for will show up.

    It will show weather or not you’ve been to jail. And no the misunderstanding won’t show up.

    The police did not come to your home because of a criminal complaint. It was a welfare check to make sure you were okay.
    Criminal records only show arrests, charges, and convictions for criminal matters, as well as citations for traffic offenses and infractions.
