Do people really check all the answers In Yahoo Answers when they make a question?

People that know Bible verses, need help trying to locate one?

I’m having trouble finding a passage in the Bible. I’m not sure exactly how it goes. I’m pretty sure it’s in the Old Testament it’s something about when terror strikes in the middle of the night fear not…something something how it won’t grab your foot. I’m sorry I don’t know more, It’s been a long time but I really used to like the passage when I was younger. Thanks!

They are from the person we lost to. He has faxed copies of the court case records and a hand written letter that he wants my husbands wages garnished for the amount owed. Now my husbands employer not only knows that we owed money but he knows the whole case history and what it was about. My question is, is this legal? Should’nt the person who won have gone back to court to get a legal wage garnishment or can he just do what he has done and take legal matters into his own hands? Not to mention now letting other people know our private business? Can I do anything about this? Please advise.

I have tried to research what college degrees can be obtained for a friend that has a criminal history. She has a felony theft that WAS reduced to a misdemeanor plus had a probation sentence however the charge was deferred. She also has a assault charge no conviction just a arrest record. She really wants to go to school and get a degree but her options are limited because of this. Any information would be great!
