Has anyone found a site that actually gives a free background check? Or does anyone know what the employer definately will see? Or what it is they are looking for? I see Comcast says background check and drug screening, what are they looking for when doing the background check?

How do I get someone (with the same name) off my background report?

I’ve called the courthouse in the state she lives in and they just blew me off. She has a crimminal record and it is making it hard for me to get an apartment and job. We have the same exact name, but I thought background reports should go by the SS#.
