I don’t think there has ever been a President in history that has ever attacked the Supreme Court on a ruling during the State of the Union address. There has to be separation of powers at all times.

I am a big fan of the Supreme court Liberal or Conservative, I think that’s one branch of Government that has the hardest job. Justice Alito summed it up with a head shake and muttering That’s not True

How do i find someone’s criminal history? It is supposed to public information?

I m Looking for my fathers criminal history. I know what counties he commited crimes in and I want to know where to start. I have looked in the superior court websites and cannot find a link to search. I work in a courthouse and you can just go to their website and type in someones name to find their history. I cannot find the link for Los Angeles county and Fresno county. Does anyone have any suggestions besides going to the actual courthouse?
