I read on numerous websites that i could go to any police department and for a fee could get a background check on myself. Unfortunately, I tried this and several policemen emphatically told me that it is illegal for them to do background checks on anyone who is not a criminal. Now, I know a certain jobs in the US require background checks, but in these cases the employer provides a fingerprint form. How can I get a check that the Korean government will accept?

There used to be services that provided people to drive your vehicle long distances when you were moving. The drivers were private individuals who needed a cheap way to get to the destination for their own purposes. Thanks.
