Looking to refute an Atheist argument . Thanks. I searched a few apologetic websites and could not locate anything that offers a defense against Non believers on this argument. Proof that not only did the same people witness the resurrection but also evidence they died as Martyrs defending their belief Christ was who he claimed he was and rose from the dead.

i live in california and the employer i was working for claimed that i had stolen from them. i went to court and 11 out of 12 people said that i was not guilty. but i still have it on my background check. i was wondering if i could do something that they would remove it. and if not how long would it stay on it?
