I need to get criminal history record for myself. I know I got a couple public intoxication citations (misdemeanors) and paid them off, but now I need to list it on something, but forgot the dates. The county it occurred in is about 6-7 hrs away, will the local police be able to help me pull my records? (I live in California if it matters)
Can I go to the local court and get my records for the whole state?

I paid the judgments before the court date and was told everything was taken care of. I recently applied to move to another place and I was told that there was two evictions on my background report. I had my landlord’s attorney file dismissals, but I want it off my record period-what should I do?

A few weeks ago my friend called the police because she thought I had killed myself, she was obviously wrong. The police came to my house in the middle of the night and said she had called them. I told them I was fine and they left.

In this day and age would they, and, do employment agencies use your credit report for background checks? What do they look for, if they do? What items would be considered negative strikes against you in consideration for employment? I am starting to go out to look for work. My credit report is so horrible since being laid off a year ago.
